La Petite Eze est une maisonnette de 20m² située dans les hauteurs d’Eze bord de Mer. Vous serez séduit par son charme pittoresque. La chambre et la cuisine donnent sur un joli jardin privatif fleuri et sa vue sur mer. En contrebas de la maison, à 10 minutes à pied, se trouve la gare d’Eze très bien desservie, le train vous permettra de découvrir les paysages magnifiques de la région. Vous pouvez également accéder à la maison en voiture, il est très facile de stationner autour de la maison.

Cozy 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a house in a secure residence facing the Vaugrenier natural park. 5-minute drive to the beach and 20-minute walk. Private parking space in front of the apartment. Beautiful private garden. The apartment has an open kitchen that opens onto the living room with sofa, a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment does not accept more than 2 people and is not suitable for babies or young children.

The house of the Artist

This 79 m2 charming town house was originally built in 1792 and therefore a part of the history of our lovely little village, La Colle sur Loup. The house has been totally renovated in 2013, respecting the spirit of a the initial style with stone walls and wooden beams in the ceiling and then with an artistic twist. We will do our outmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town house is on 3 floors with open access between the different levels in the house.

Lavender Room (parking), La Bastide de la Brague

Located in a beautiful Provençal bastide surrounded by century-old olive trees, this independent room of 20 m2, with bathroom, toilet and workspace, has been completely renovated. It has a private entrance and an outdoor area accessible by stairs. Guests can park their car inside the property which is fenced and secure. This haven of peace is centrally located on the Côte d'Azur, within walking distance of Biot train station and the beach is 15 minutes away.
