SOMMAND/PRAZ DE LYS (1500 - 2000 m): 15 min (downhill and cross-country skiing on the same site, groomed trails for snowshoeing, sledding and walking, quality ski lessons). Picnic room. If the weather is mild, possibility of snowshoeing from the house.

Pleasant house with wooded garden

Enjoy with family or friends this spacious and charming beautifully decorated house with soothing colors. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is easy to access, and very well located for accessing everywhere quickly. Thonon-les-Bains and its surroundings offer many activities between lake and mountain. The main beaches are all 15 minutes away and the ski slopes between 30 minutes (Bernex, Hirmentaz, la Grande Terche, Abundance...) and 45 minutes for the Portes du Soleil.

Between lake and mountains! The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a 2 apartment villa and has a large private quiet terrace. You can easily reach the lakefront (3.5 km) on foot or by bike by taking the bike paths along the Rhone. The villa is the ideal base for hiking, discovering the unmissable Lake Taney or going to the top of the Grammont. We'll provide bikes for free.
