Beautiful independent garden level in house

The listing is located on the ground floor. You have a place to park inside as well as a private garden. The entry is independent. It is spacious (45 m2) and has a large bedroom, living room, separate kitchen and a small bathroom with separate toilet. The apartment is 150 meters from the town center where you will find a farmers' market, a very good cafe-restaurant, and pretty walks. The village is a half-hour drive from Chamrousse and 10 km from Grenoble.

From the furnished terrace of 40 m2, facing south, you will enjoy its superb view. 200m from the slopes and ski lifts, 2-minute walk from the amenities of the village-station.
