Set in a 2-hectare park, this cottage can accommodate 14 people and offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. Ideal for family reunions or vacations with friends. Relaxation is guaranteed thanks to the sauna (4 people) and the heated pool (12 m x 5 m) from May to October. The sleeping accommodations are divided into 6 bedrooms (160-cm bed), each with a private bathroom or shower room and toilet. Bedroom 6 has 2 bunk beds, i.e., 4 90 x 200 cm (3 x 6.6 ft) beds, opposite a 6th bathroom.

Ouzouer-sur-Loire is 6 minutes away, Gien is 12 minutes away and the Dampierre Nuclear Power Plant is 3 minutes away. Independent ground floor cottage, quiet, close to all shops, in Gien. Great for a family vacation. Large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped with air conditioning, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds (PLEASE NOTE, SHEETS/TOWELS ARE OPTIONAL), sofa bed. Fenced garden in front of and behind the house. Vehicles can be parked in the yard. Please note that you should consult the information regarding the cleaning fee and the sheets/towels option.

Out of respect for the neighborhood, the cottage is not suitable for noisy gatherings. The cottage is located between 20 minutes from Montargis and Gien, 1 hour from Orléans and 2 hours from Paris.

120 m² house with living room on the ground floor - dining room, open kitchen. Two bedrooms (1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bed of 180 cm possibility to separate them into 2 beds of 90 cm), bathroom as well as a shower room. Separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms (1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed), toilet on the landing. Baby bed and high chair available. Outside large garden with barbecue, garden furniture and ping pong table.
