(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Residence of the master of the forges built in 1793. Ideal place in Normandy to share good times with friends or family (130 km from Paris – 85 km from the sea). Absolute calm in an exceptional setting. In the heart of a shopping village, you feel like you are in the countryside (3000 m² garden). Indoor pool heated to 29° all year round. Many sports activities on the property itself: table tennis, badminton, pétanque, trampoline, bikes (+ others in the village) House for 15 people max.

However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.

Located in a rural and agricultural hamlet, on a large wooded and delimited lot, it will satisfy lovers of calm and nature. Our house is not perfect and is marked by time. Wooden beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace... its well-tempered character offers an essential setting and comfort to welcome a few days hosts in search of a change of scenery and rest.

Recently renovated country house on one level: dining room with fireplace/wood stove open to a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, gas and electric hobs, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster), living room with connected TV + fiber, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, toilet. Garden with ample parking (accessible van and trailer). Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. Garden 1380m².

Well-equipped family home with a large garden that can accommodate up to 6 couples and 2 children (single rooms). It allows you to taste the charms of rural life (barbecue, deckchairs, trampoline, football on the lawn, badminton ) with peace of mind. The house is located in a small very quiet hamlet. The Risle Valley and surrounding forests offer beautiful hikes.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
