Mazet Roucas in Saint Rémy de Provence

The MAZET ROUCAS is independent, without shared walls, recently built with a terrace. It is very well equipped: connected TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, walk-in shower, washing machine, a Weber gas barbecue... It is ideal for 2 but can accommodate up to 4 people. A baby cot or a single cot for a child can be put in the bedroom. A Rapido sofa bed is also available. A parking space will be dedicated to you in front of the mazet.

Small villa at the foot of the Alpilles in a residence with pool and tennis court. The villa consists of a living room overlooking the exterior with two bedrooms upstairs (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom. The private outdoor area allows you to eat in the shade of the mulberry tree, sunbathe on the deckchairs, or cook on the barbecue. The outdoor space of the residence will allow you to swim or share a game of tennis.

In a very cozy and comfortable setting you will benefit from a space with open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet, living room with a foldaway bed and a hotel mattress, an entrance with large closet and washing machine. The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Ideally located, you are 5 minutes from Saint-Rémy de Provence, 15 minutes from Les Baux de Provence and its Carrières de Lumières, 30 minutes from Avignon, an hour to find yourself at the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the beautiful villages of Luberon, at the gates of Marseille or by the sea of Saintes-Marie de la Mer.

The house is located in the center of one of the most remarkable villages in the area, close to all amenities: bakery, supermarket, restaurants, shops and more. Also, well located for visiting Provence and the Alpilles. Good location for walks, cycling, horseback riding and more. Free parking is a 3-minute walk away.

My studio is close to the city center, shops and restaurants (10-minute walk) 25 min from Les Baux, 20 min from Arles and Avignon. You will appreciate it for its tranquility. The studio is adjoining the main residence, you can have the garden, and the pool.
