Situé au cœur du village d'Aigueblanche, à 100 mètres de toutes commodités (boulangeries, boucherie, presse, fleuriste, poste, Crédit Agricole, cabinets médicaux, abri bus...), à 500 mètres de Super U. Le village est niché dans la vallée, entre Albertville et Moûtiers au pied des grandes stations de sports d'hiver et des cures thermales à Brides-les-Bains et La Léchère.
