Time out in the farmhouse with orchard, near the lake

The ideal place for your time out is in a small village on one of the largest nature reserves in Germany. Three sides with unobstructed views and a large orchard let you forget the stress of everyday life. It is not uncommon to watch deer or cranes in their activities. Built in 1912, the brick house is stylishly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The lake in the village is within walking distance and by car it is only 30 minutes to the beach in Ueckermünde.

Sankt Unterholz

Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. Watch the children in the sandbox from the deck chair on the terrace.

Wilhelmshof is a district of the city of Usedom, located on the Szczecin Lagoon. Enjoy the quiet location in nature combined with the amenities of the city of Usedom about 2 km away. The city offers supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station, a tractor museum and much more. Our apartment is located on the upper floor and is only accessible via stairs. The terrace is covered, has a barbecue and seating area. Parking for 2 cars is on the property.

What is important to us: We rent out our beloved oasis in the countryside here. If you click through the photos, you can already guess: With a lot of passion, we have not set up an interchangeable vacation home here, but a house with many design elements and great details.

The property to be rented here is a two-room granny apartment, 47 square meters, with fitted kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Sleeping accommodations are available for up to 4 people. A double bed (160 x 200) and a sofa bed (150 x 200). Linens and towels are provided. Terrace and garden with swing and small wine box are available. If you are looking for urban glamor, you will be disappointed, but you can unwind :)

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
