In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. Spend an unforgettable time in the secluded, wild and romantic forest hut KOSAK, located at about 1,300 m above sea level, just a short drive via a private forest road from Trofaiach. In the cozy farmhouse parlor, a table stove awaits you, providing cozy warmth. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 futon beds. 👉 Our Kosak forest hut has been expanded: Since May 2025 with shower & toilet!

The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
