House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal lifelong dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything was very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

This secluded location, this small, cozy paradise on the edge of the forest, is just the place for you to unwind and relax. In our “wooden cabin,” you will occupy the cozy ground floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stoves, and a cozy bedroom. For 2 additional guests, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

Surrounded by meadows and forests between the vineyards, the vacation home offers enough space to romp around and get some fresh air. The vacation home is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Whether with the whole family or as a couple for a romantic break - or of course for sporting activities such as hiking, cycling, walking, etc. Everyone will find the right thing here. The 100 m² vacation home can accommodate two to three people. Attention: property not fenced (regarding pets)

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

Enjoy a unique vacation at 1200 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, wellness and luxury. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
