The studio apartment is located in Palmendorf Merligen. It is on the first floor with direct access to the garden seating and the car parking space. It has a double bed (160 × 200), narrow room with toilet/shower, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. A washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement. All skiing and hiking areas of the Bernese Oberland are quickly and easily accessible by public transport or car. All water sports are possible. The 2-room apartment is, however, somewhat elevated centrally in Reichnbach in the Kandertal. The ski resorts in the Oberland are within easy reach. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will also meet higher standards. (induction stove, combi-steam oven, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils, etc.)

The apartment is 10 walking minutes from the train station in Lauterbrunnen and has a great view to the mountains and the Staubbach Falls. Downfloor 1 bedroom apartment ( 40 m2): living room with sofabed, kitchen, very small and old bathroom, terasse with view to the falls, all for private use! Notice that the apartment is opposite the lively Hornerpub, the only and best bar in the valley and loud church bells at the other side.

NO PARTIES - NO SMOKING Little Villa is my personal holiday home and I would like to share it with you. Situated 15 minutes from Interlaken and Spiez, the little village of Krattigen is situated like an Eagle Nest, overviewing the entire lake of Thun. It's no coincidence Krattigen has three different camping spots for caravans. The view is nice. And within Krattigen, Little Villa a prime location.
