The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The flat is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.

Our location offers easy access to the highway, which allows you to reach Ulm-25 min Stuttgart, Augsburg, Munich, the Allgäu and Lake Constance in just about an hour. Legoland is only 8 km away. Our apartment has a separate entrance and offers a parking space right by the house. Space for up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Pets upon request and for a fee!
