In the large yard there are five buildings: a red accommodation house, the main building of the host family and a brick grain warehouse, which has a sauna, in addition to an old barn and a stone barn. The farm's fields are bordered by the Kokemäenjoki river and the landscape is typical of Satakunta.

The house is located close to the travel center and the center of Pori. You can park your car in the yard, which is fenced and shared with the neighbor. Friendly dogs can roam freely in the yard. In late summer 2026, the yard will be updated and Majala's exterior will be improved.
