The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The income from the rental finances the maintenance, which then also allows particularly stressed people in a financial emergency to spend a free vacation there. The vacation home is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest. Behind the house, if you cross the stream that belongs to the property, you are already in the middle of the forest. On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.
