Flat is within walking distance of the £60m shopping centre redevelopment The Crescent having new cinema and many eateries to suit all tastes. Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

THE LUXÉ Stunning 2 bedroom flat up high in the private park estate. Amazing views high up across the estate a truly peaceful place for a city break. Beautifully styled to a high standard with everything you need for a short stay in the city for work or pleasure. Only a short walk into the city centre for all the centre attractions. Including the Michelin star restaurant alchemilla being a 3/4min walk across the road. With great links for work around the city right on our doorstep.

Located in the centre of the Historic Market Town of Uppingham. Based in is heart of the small county of Rutland. This apartment is a stones throw away to the gorgeous town centre, with markets every Friday, great places to eat and drink and some really cute little shops. A quick 10 minute drive to another Market Town of Oakham and not far from Rutland Water where you can enjoy some beautiful scenic walks. The apartment offers an allocated parking space and communal paved garden.

Lovely one bedroom apartment with amazing views

Unwind in our beautiful village in this lovely well appointed apartment with fabulous views. Close to the Vale of Belvoir with its miles of foot/cycle paths and Belvoir Castle with it shopping complex and a number of places to eat. Enjoy the local towns and their enthralling history, from the Romans through the Vikings and the civil war to WW2 bomber history. Being 1.5 miles from the A1 makes it an easy area to find and enjoy.
