The premises are suitable for 1-2 adults and can also accommodate 1-2 children. Please note: Pets are allowed, but their number is case-specific and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Nearby cities are about 1.5 h to Helsinki, 45 min to Kotka, 45 min to Hamina, 1 h 10 min to Lahti, 40 min to Loviisa. 40 min to the center of Kouvola.

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

The cottage is an ideal place to stay for four people, there are comfortable sleeping facilities in a double bed and a loft. The cottage is beautifully decorated and well-equipped to make you feel at home. You can enjoy the sea and nature, for example, while sitting on the dock or relaxing in the sauna.

Sunila on Alvar ja Aino Aallon suunnittelema ainutlaatuinen metsälähiö ja tuore osa Unescon maailmanperintöä. Asunto on hissittömässä terassitalo Päivölässä, joka on valmistunut 1939. Kotkan keskustaan on noin 13km ja Karhulaan noin 3km. Asunto on remontoitu mahdollisimman alkuperäiseen asuun, ja se on kalustettu kiertotalousperiaatteella pääosin Aaltojen suunnittelemilla huonekaluilla.

Lisävuodemahdollisuus 2:lle olohuoneen levitettävän sohvan ansiosta. Olohuonetta ei saa pimeäksi. Pihassa on siisti kompostoiva käymälä ja käyttövesi saadaan käänteisosmoosin avulla merestä.
