Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Christine and Thierry offer this cottage in a small village in the Brie Champenoise close to the vineyard. Located 10 minutes from Montmirail, 30 minutes from Epernay, Chateau-Thierry and Sézanne. You will appreciate its comfort as well as its garden with terrace overlooking the Marnes countryside and our friends animals So, young and old will be happy to discover our donkeys, sheep, chickens, roosters, ducks,cats... Central heating included in the rate, much appreciated by our hosts.

Piscine chauffée l été (ouverte de 9 à 21h30), dans le parc arboré de 4000m2, barbecue façon feu de camp. Havre de paix,idéal pour se ressourcer. Très calme .(pas de fête !) Cuisine très bien équipée . WiFi. télé/PRIME. 4 chambres,5 douches/5 lavabos privatifs. 4 WC. La 5 eme chambre double est en supplément. GRANDE allée pour vos véhicules.

Entry is through a private courtyard where you can park your vehicle safely for free. Linens provided, bath towels available as well as coffee. Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.
