35 m² cottage located in Teich in a quiet area on private property. A few minutes from the coastal path of the Arcachon Bay, its geographical location allows you to access various sites and activities: Arcachon, Dune du Pilat, ocean beaches, lakes, kayaking, cycling, horseback riding... 5 min drive to the small supervised beach of Teich or 15 km drive to the ocean beaches. Shops and the train station are also nearby. Possibility to go to Bordeaux by train in 30 minutes.

It is located on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator) of a residence with an open swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September. Bike room and covered parking space within the secure residence.

Our Czech cabin type house is a must for a holiday on the basin , the place is a paradisiacal cocooning where every detail has been designed so that we can relax and escape , a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house , it is located in the countryside of the Val de l 'Eyre near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km basin and 25 of the ocean not overlooked by noise. Presence of security cameras in the parking lot at the entrance to the house.

Independent, elegant and peaceful accommodation of 32 m2, located in the heart of the basin in a green setting. You will have independent access. The accommodation consists of a living room with a seating area, kitchenette and dining area, a soft and relaxing bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
