Designer studio, fully equipped. Linens and towels are provided. Located in a small residence (old villa from the end of the 19th century), this studio has access to the beautiful Moulleau Beach. The apartment has no sea view, it faces east with sun all morning. Studio on the 1st floor without elevator access Sheltered, the 7 m2 terrace is ideal for meals. Private parking in the courtyard.
