Peaceful oasis in the heart of nature at the foot of Vercors

Come and discover our house surrounded by nature, by a stream and in the shade of our two lime trees. A house with 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds (which can be brought together). Very good quality bedding. Quiet house in Chartreuse

Old renovated barn, with a magnificent view of the massif of the Chartreuse summer and winter ! Terraced house of 77m2 with private access, parking 2 vehicles, terrace, garden, separate toilet... and fireplace! For lovers of the mountains and nature in general, we are in paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, skier.. 16 km from the Saint Pierre de Chartreuse ski resort, 15 km from Lake Aiguebelette. Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

This is our family home, heated by geothermal & a beautiful stove, 3-faced stone fireplace, solar panels and rain water recovery tank to tend towards autonomy.
