COZY apartment in the city center

The apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of our house with independent access is composed of a separate bedroom with king-size bed, a fitted kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room. It is located in the heart of Bernay in a very quiet street, 7 minutes' walk from the train station connecting Paris, Rouen and Deauville, and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant little town with Norman half-timbering, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast (Deauville and Honfleur).

Niché au cœur du Pays d’Auge, ce charmant cottage en briques, attenant à la demeure en colombages, vous séduira par sa decoration soignée et ses matériaux nobles. Au calme, non loin du tumulte de la côte (à 35 mn), vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous avec tout le confort et l’authenticité recherchée . Un espace extérieur, terrasse et jardin, autour de gîte, sont privatifs. Idéal 4 personnes . Parking sur place, borne de recharge sur demande. Dans le village : une boulangerie, une épicerie.

Small 2-room apartment totally independent of our home. 2 rooms plus an entrance, recent and very well-equipped, in the countryside, ideal for discovering inland Normandy. Located on the ground floor, covered south-facing terrace offering a beautiful outdoor space in any season. Our property is secluded, in the countryside with no other homes around. Accommodation for 2 adults (or 1 of course) but not suitable for small children. No Electric Car Recharge possible

Nearby you will find everything you need,the Normandy coast which is one of the attractive and touristy places of our region is 30 min away,the room is on the ground floor, linens are included. Possibility of coming with a bb. We have a little one 😺 who walks….
