In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". This place is close to the RN 175, 5 km from the center of Bourg-Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's a part of my house that's become too big. The entry is independent. Shower room and separate toilet on the ground floor, kitchenette on the ground floor. The bedroom is upstairs. A double bed 180*200, a pull-out bed 2* 90*190 and a baby bed. The housing is on RN175, 5 km from the center of Bourg Achard towards Pont-Audemer. It's the left part of our home.
