Lovely 2-bedroom flat with balcony and garden

Bienvenue dans mon charmant appartement situé dans le fond du port de Palais, idéal pour 4 personnes (il convient autant à un couple, qu'à 4 amis, ou à un couple avec enfant.) Vous y passerez un séjour paisible grâce à la terrasse qui donne sur le port, et le jardin arrière qui est au soleil et au calme. Il se situe au 1er étage d'une ancienne villa, vous avez donc votre entrée privée avec escalier. Enfin, il dispose d'une place privée si vous venez en voiture ou en louez une sur l'ile.

Family home, enclosed garden, close to shops

Maison de famille mitoyenne (par le garage), avec grande terrasse derrière la maison donnant sur un jardin clos et complètement à l’abri des regards. La maison est très accueillante et bien équipée. Elle est à 15 minutes à pied de Palais par un chemin agréable, proche des commerces (3 min d’un supermarché) et à 15 min à pied de la plage de Ramonette. Pas de TV ni wifi mais des jeux de société et une bibliothèque bien fournie. Le ménage est à faire par les voyageurs en partant.

Exceptional place for this small simple and warm terraced house open to a large terrace hanging above the beach of Port Puce 10 minutes walk from one of the prettiest villages in Brittany. Immediate coastal path access to the Foals Lighthouse or go around the island . Boat reservation: Compagnie Océane Quiberon- Le Palais or Sauzon . The bed is prepared and cleaning is scheduled at the end of the stay. The house can accommodate a couple with a baby .

Charming duplex adjoining our house, located 20 minutes on foot from the pier. Close to the road, private access and parking space. Spa, private garden furniture with barbecue available. Large living room with fitted kitchen, lounge area with fireplace and TV. Upstairs, large master suite with dressing room and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Carefully decorated, close to all shops and nearby beaches. Everything is gathered for a turnkey stay.
