La maison se situe à l’entrée d’une impasse au sein d’un joli hameau, à proximité d’une plage (350 mètres) et du port du Palais (1,7 km). Plage de Bordardoué à 20 mn à pied par le GR. Supermarché à 500 mètres. Localisation idéale, à la fois proche du Palais et en retrait de l’activité touristique.

Maison de famille mitoyenne (par le garage), avec grande terrasse derrière la maison donnant sur un jardin clos et complètement à l’abri des regards. La maison est très accueillante et bien équipée. Elle est à 15 minutes à pied de Palais par un chemin agréable, proche des commerces (3 min d’un Intermarché) et à 15 min à pied de la plage de Ramonette. Pas de TV ni wifi mais des jeux de société et une bibliothèque bien fournie. Le ménage est à faire par les voyageurs en partant.

Cette maison de 3 chambres, toute neuve, idéale pour 4 personnes mais pouvant accommoder jusqu'à 6 personnes, est toute équipée à 15 minutes à pied de l'embarcadère et 25 minutes à pied de la belle plage de Ramonette. Vous pourrez ainsi profiter de la plage et de la ville. Ce logement est non conforme pour les personnes handicapées.

Comfortable, at once rustic and modern, it is warm, you will feel at home. The terrace, facing south, is an integral part of the house. The furniture is made by Axel, with Belle ile wood.
