Maison de famille mitoyenne (par le garage), avec grande terrasse derrière la maison donnant sur un jardin clos et complètement à l’abri des regards. La maison est très accueillante et bien équipée. Elle est à 15 minutes à pied de Palais par un chemin agréable, proche des commerces (3 min d’un Intermarché) et à 15 min à pied de la plage de Ramonette. Pas de TV ni wifi mais des jeux de société et une bibliothèque bien fournie. Le ménage est à faire par les voyageurs en partant.

Cette maison de 3 chambres, toute neuve, idéale pour 4 personnes mais pouvant accommoder jusqu'à 6 personnes, est toute équipée à 15 minutes à pied de l'embarcadère et 25 minutes à pied de la belle plage de Ramonette. Vous pourrez ainsi profiter de la plage et de la ville. Ce logement est non conforme pour les personnes handicapées.

Ideal location: 15 minutes' walk from the shops and the Palais pier. 5 minutes' walk from a supermarket and a bus stop, the house is located in a quiet residential environment. Our small house is in the heart of a village on Belle ile, thanks to its equestrian center. Located 200 metres from a beautiful beach and wild coves, you can hike along the coastal trails from home. Comfortable, at once rustic and modern, it is warm, you will feel at home. The terrace, facing south, is an integral part of the house. The furniture is made by Axel, with Belle ile wood.
