Spacious May 2022 house, 5-minute walk to the Palace, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Shops and beaches are a 1- and 10-minute walk away, respectively. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open space with living room and wood-burning stove. (Toilets on the ground floor + upstairs.) Large equipped kitchen overlooking a south-facing terrace with a beautiful fully openable bay window. Laundry (washing machine, ironing board and iron.) Cleaning service included. Linens provided. Rated 3 stars by Etoiles de France.

A lovely old cottage in Baden

A lovely old house in stone fully refurbished in full respect of tradition. Located in a large garden which includes the house of the host as well as 2 others rented houses. Several beaches around, the closest at 1500m. The village of Baden with shops is 2km away. Parking available in the property included a covered place for motos. Quiet place perfect to rest. Possibility to use bikes if available. Suitable for a couple or a family (the 2 bedrooms are communicating without a door in between)

Family home, enclosed garden, close to shops

Maison de famille mitoyenne (par le garage), avec grande terrasse derrière la maison donnant sur un jardin clos et complètement à l’abri des regards. La maison est très accueillante et bien équipée. Elle est à 15 minutes à pied de Palais par un chemin agréable, proche des commerces (3 min d’un Intermarché) et à 15 min à pied de la plage de Ramonette. Pas de TV ni wifi mais des jeux de société et une bibliothèque bien fournie. Le ménage est à faire par les voyageurs en partant.

Tastefully decorated by owner (painter and architect) - fully equipped with all one needs on holiday - comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, west facing terrace with barbecue, washing and washing up machines. Charming duplex adjoining our house, located 20 minutes on foot from the pier. Close to the road, private access and parking space. Spa, private garden furniture with barbecue available. Large living room with fitted kitchen, lounge area with fireplace and TV. Upstairs, large master suite with dressing room and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Carefully decorated, close to all shops and nearby beaches. Everything is gathered for a turnkey stay.
