The independent apartment located on the ground floor of our house is composed of a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

Welcome to our house in Beaumesnil (27410), a haven of peace in Normandy. There you will find a large living/dining room with pellet stove, a fully equipped open kitchen (with dishwasher), two bedrooms including one with dressing room, a modern bathroom and separate toilet. Enjoy a large garden, a basement with a washing machine, as well as a ping pong table, barbecue, and garden furniture for relaxing moments with family or friends.

Guests can enjoy the Normandy region, on foot or by bike. The cottage is located in the Risle Valley, a pretty river to walk along, you can visit the typical Normandy village of La Ferrière-sur-Risle or the Château de Beaumesnil a few kilometers away.

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
