A stunning 18th-century farmhouse set in 1.5 Acres of beautiful Marche countryside with 12m x 6m pool & breathtaking 360° views which are not enclosed by fencing and for this reason we do not allow dogs. The farmhouse is perfect for larger families holidaying together. With 2 lounges, TV snug, 4 beautiful bedrooms sleeping 8 adults. We have 2 well-appointed bathrooms, our family suite is en-suite. With a country-style kitchen, formal dining room you'll be spoiled for indoor & outdoor space.

Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of tranquility. The 5,000 sqm plot is completely fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation.
