The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. A beautiful collection of old stone cottages on the edge of a sleepy hamlet a few hundred yards from the idyllic Rance estuary. Cosy in winter - with 2 wood stoves and a stunning kitchen/dining extension. And perfect in summer with a huge garden, patios, and woods. We only rent the entire property to ONE group at a time. It is suitable for a family, or a larger group of up to 8 adults, maximum.
