The apartment is located in a beachfront residence. Only a pedestrian path separates the residence from the beach. You will enjoy the furnished terrace with sea views from morning until evening. My place is close to leisure activities (water park, tennis, golf, sailing base...) and public transportation. You'll also love it for the outdoor spaces, the quiet neighborhood and the brightness. Very spacious and bright Marina. Excellent SOUTH orientation, perfect for families with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the 1st floor and a master suite (composed of 2 bedrooms), bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor. Ideal for 6/8 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. Renovated in 2015 in a contemporary style, very nice services. 2 large terraces and superb unobstructed views. Cellar for bicycles suitcases, parking, possibility of renting in + the dock in front of marina!

Best view of Palavas. 4 bay windows with sea view

We accept date changes with similar durations up to 1 week before. The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Possibility of concierge, cleaning.

Rated 3 stars, the 105 m2 apartment is air-conditioned, with a 30 m2 terrace. Ideally located 250 meters from the Étang de Thau, overlooking the pond and 700 meters from the beaches, on the first floor of a villa, very comfortable staircase, separate entrance, very well insulated, it is perfect for couples and families (with kids) equipped with sun loungers, parasol, table for eight people, southwest facing, very nice. Two parking spots, secured on the villa.
