We accept date changes with similar durations up to 1 week before. The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Possibility of concierge, cleaning.

Air-conditioned T2 apartment + cabin area in residence with private pool and parking. Secure residence, very well located, close to the beach and all shops. Bright apartment, with a loggia/patio allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view: dinner in the evening admiring a beautiful sunset over the landscape in the distance is pleasant and relaxing. The beautiful and large pool is a plus for kids and adults alike. The nearby beach is huge and very nice from 2 to 99 years old.

Our villa, L'Héliade de l'Or, is of exotic and resolutely contemporary inspiration and is located in a very quiet area on the edge of a pine forest. It has a Balinese pool, a beautiful landscaped garden, a 40 m2 patio with plancha and a terrace upstairs that allows you to rest in the shade of a garden "nest". It is equipped with 4 beautiful bedrooms, each inspired by our different trips and 3 beautiful bathrooms. Rental from Sunday to Sunday in summer.
