Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Once home to the architects of the Cathedral and later to the bell-ringer, it stands at the foot of the bell tower — but the bells never ring, ensuring peace and restful sleep. It is located just a few meters from the train station and the walled city of Lucca. There is just one floor, the rooms are very bright , large and welcoming, with the romantic atmosphere of an authentic Tuscan period residence. The decor is designed with care. The house also offers a spacious terrace where you can wind down and enjoy pleasant outdoor meals.

Elegant single villa located about 2.5 km from Versiliese beach, 30 km from Lucca and Pisa and 100 km from Florence and Siena. You will find a large living room with sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, one with 2 single beds, another with a single bed and a bathroom with tub. The basement floor has a large living room with a fitness corner, a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The garden has a private swimming pool.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Dimora Leone is ideal for a unique experience in the heart of Lucca, a spacious charming apartment, embellished with frescoes and antique furniture. It has an elegant entrance from which you can access the living room. In the master bedroom, there is a king-size bed and a single bed. The second bedroom leads to a walk-in closet and bathroom. On the other side of the house are a dining room, equipped kitchen, a third double bedroom and a full bathroom.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Versilia, ideal for relaxation and comfort. It is spread over two large floors and has a garden that is perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. The sea, bars, supermarkets and services are just a few minutes away by bike. My family and I live in a basement apartment with a separate entrance and garden, ensuring privacy. Identity documents will be required from all guests at check-in.

Borgo Metato – Olive Grove

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
