Il casale è composto da un unico ambiente con cucina , tavolo in pietra ,divano camino e splendida vetrata che affaccia sulla vallata.Tramite una scala in legno si sale sulla stanza da letto soppalcata. Il casale si trova a 20 min.dalle piste da sci di campo felice

La casetta

"La casetta" si trova in zona montuosa vicino a Roccagorga (LT). È a 35 min dal mare (Sabaudia), tra Roma (50 min di treno da Sezze) e Napoli. La casa è autonoma, con ampio giardino e uso privato della piscina (da giugno ad ottobre), la piscina si affaccia sulla vallata con vista sui monti e orizzonte sul mare del Circeo. È munita di camino per riscaldamento e di un grande BBQ all'aperto. Ci sono due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una con letti a castello), un bagno e cucina interna.

Our studio house is located in a quiet area among other private houses, 2 km from the sea and 800 m from all infrastructure (McDonald's, supermarket, shops, first sights, bars, etc.). Everything is within walking distance. You can get to Nettuno by train from Rome Termini in 1 hour. The house is suitable for those who would like to relax in silence from the hustle and bustle of the city, make a barbecue on their site, immerse themselves in the tranquility of country houses.

Un chalet à la campagne, entre Roma et Naples. Faites une halte et venez visiter les « Borghi de la Ciociaria » village typique du Lazio. Nous sommes à 2 km de la gare, parking gratuit sur la ligne ferroviaire Roma- Cassino-Napoli. Un train pour Rome toute les heures. Le chalet se trouve au pied de la colline ou démarre le sentier « percorso della memoria » pour les plus sportif, qui conduit directement au village de Castro dei Volsci et au monument « alla Mamma ciociara »
