Villa dei Gelsomini welcomes you to the peaceful countryside,just 5 km from Viterbo. Close to restaurants, local sites, and the famous Terme dei Papi and Tuscia Terme, it’s ideal for relaxing and exploring. The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Thanks to its strategic and central location, you can get to the historic center in a few minutes on foot. The apartment is a 20-minute walk from Termini Station or 10 minutes by bus. The neighborhood is served by the main services: restaurants, shops, supermarkets.

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Cocoon of Gran Sasso

"O blissful solitudo, or alone bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" was a barn for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted for residential and receptive use, he found a second life thanks to a skilful renovation that, despite respecting the context, has used the latest technologies such as the floor-to-ceiling thermal system or the ventilated structure of the roof

Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Our tourist accommodation, Femy House, is located in a strategic point in the historic center of Fiumicino, surrounded by all services, close to the picturesque Via di Torre Clementina, famous for its restaurants and clubs. Just 500 meters away is the Trotta bus terminal departing every 30 minutes for the airport, 30 meters away is the Cotral bus stop for Fiumicino airport, Rome, etc. It is the ideal choice for those looking for comfort and practicality.

The "Upside Down Coliseum" is a 90-square meter apartment that was once a family-owned studio and that has been newly renovated to become a holiday home. It offers you the perfect getaway in the Eternal City. On the third floor of a 130-year-old building (with a lift) and only a few steps away from the Coliseum and the Roman Forum , you will live in a charming, period apartment equipped with all modern comforts you need for an ideal and relaxed stay.
