Nice little house by the Allier

At the entrance to the Haut Allier Valley. 45 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and Puy-en-Velay. Great area for hiking, fishing, swimming + whitewater sports. Numerous tours within a radius of 30 km max. Preserved setting. Old holiday village on a hillside by the Allier (beach below). Warning: NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY (steps to access the accommodation itself on several levels). €5 per extra guest. Baby crib on request.

Come and put your suitcases 🧳in this studio in SUPER BESSE Very nice unobstructed view of the slopes. 200 m from the cliff chairlift and close to shops and restaurants🍽️. Sleeps 4 🛌 TV Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, pyrolysis oven, microwave, induction cooktop, normal coffee maker and Senseo. Raclette and fondue set. Bathroom 🚿with walk-in shower. No cleaning fee but the studio must be left clean and tidy. 🙏

Apartment for 4 people completely refurbished in July 2022. At the foot of the slopes, in the center of the resort less than 30 meters from all amenities (bakery, supermarket, ATM, ski rental, restaurants, swimming pool, aqualudic center, childcare...). Complete equipment for 4 people: TV, raclette grill, oven/microwave, kettle, toaster, shower-tub Private ski room, many parking spaces. You can do absolutely anything on foot!
