The 1-bedroom apartment was fully renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you are in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The visitor's tax is between €2.20 and max. €3.00 per adult depending on the season and with the guest card there are some discounts.

The cozy holiday apartment 'Rubin' is located in Mittenwald and overlooks the mountain. The 2-storey holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV in the living room and the bedroom. Your private outdoor area includes garden furniture and an open terrace, that offers a nice view of the Karwendel mountains.

The one-room apartment was renovated and equipped in 2024 based on the experience of our apartment next door, which has been offered since 2014. Centrally located - just ten minutes from the train station and idyllic town center - it takes a few minutes to get to the almost untouched nature. The apartment has its own terrace, access to the garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and we do not charge any additional costs up to the age of six.

My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
