It is a very central apartment located in modern building recently renewed in the city centre, with large windows and thick walls (fresh in summer and quiet inside!).

The room is bright with new furniture, in a recent neighborhood. The apartment is close to public transport (Renens train station 10 min away, Lausanne center 20 min away & UN/EPFL campus 30 min away ). My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.

Nice apartment downtown, 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, and American kitchen) cozy, and warm, close to everything (restaurants, co-op, food stores 7/7 open until 10pm, laser games) . The bus stop 3minutes walk . wifi, the elevator 2nd floor
