The Art Nouveau Villa Sana, built in 1890, is surrounded by a park-like property with lots of greenery and tall trees. On the second floor are the 4 guest rooms with a shared, spacious bathroom with bathtub, ideal for a large family, for example. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Nestled between shady forests and extensive dirt roads, my apartment is a place where modern comfort meets the originality of rural life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers as well as families.

The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is suitable for 2 people. By arrangement, up to 3 people can stay at the apartment. Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are easily reached by car.
