There is also an indoor swimming pool in the house, which is currently closed for renovation. You can park your vehicle directly at the house free of charge.

The chalet/wooden house with a large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south, there is a view of the Alps.
