Encuentra el momento de tranquilidad y magia siente el mar como en un barco, te quedaras asombrado contemplando las islas (Lobos y Lanzarote) desde este atico.Esta muy bien ubicado en el pueblo de Corralejo,a pocos metros del puerto deportivo que ofrece gran variedad de excursiones y deportes acuaticos.Todo cercano para ir andando: ocio gastronomico,tiendas,supermercados,centro de salud.. Ayudare a que vuestra estancia sea lo mas agradable posible con total cercania y disposicion; os espero!!

Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

A distinctive hanging chair designed with a woven rattan structure is positioned on a spacious terrace. Soft cushions are layered within, accompanied by a cozy throw draped over one side. Durch die großen Panaromafenster ist man hier vollständig von der Natur umgeben und doch für sich allein. Sogar vom Bad aus kann man in einen separaten Garten treten und durch die Oberlichter leuchten nachts die Sterne.
