"El Recondito" cosy place/unique environment

"El recondito" is part of a house who nestles on the south side of Montana Colarada, a mountain which is located in a natural park. One part is occupied by my son and myself, the other part became "El recondito". The flat is very calm and warm, as a result of its unique location you will have the opportunity to witness sunsets, sunrises and exceptional starry nights. The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be a bit difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.

THE SECRET

A nice Studio in the middle of the exclusive área of Los Mojones. Up above the old town of Pto. del Carmen. A 15 minutes walk to the beach and promenade. The Studio has a nice cosy home feeling and lots of light. You have your own entrance and parking for a small car just outside the door, but more parking available nearby.

ROOF STUDIO

This roof studio comfortably fits two. It is located on the top floor of the Villa and has gorgeous views on the volcanos and the village below. It consists of kitchenette, double-bed, bathroom and private roof terrace with chairs, table and sofa. The swimming pool is available for all guests during the day.
