The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

A distinctive hanging chair designed with a woven rattan structure is positioned on a spacious terrace. Soft cushions are layered within, accompanied by a cozy throw draped over one side. Nearby, a dining area with a wooden table and white chairs is visible, all complemented by large sliding glass doors.
