House in the La Peña area, built on two levels. On the ground floor are the 3 carpeted bedrooms, all with a bathroom. Upstairs is a large living room with a fireplace, a bar with a counter, a dining room for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen through a bar. The house has a small covered terrace, as well as an uncovered terrace with a built-in barbecue, with a magnificent view of the lake and La Peña. It has a small pool and parking for 3 cars.

Enjoy a minimalist rustic apartment inside the house. 3 minutes from the Zitácuaro bus station and 5 minutes from downtown by car. Quiet shopping area, with grocery stores, Guadalajara Pharmacy, Oxxo, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants; in the afternoon-night local and local food stalls.
