Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Parking with a carport is available, as well as a 40 m² sun terrace. 3 bedrooms and 1 living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bus station to the U4 (U-Bahn) is only 2 minutes' walk away.

Beautiful small and friendly attic apartment in the 11th district of Siemmering, which is ready with everything you need for a stay in Vienna and to feel at home. Starting with the parking space for your car, right in front of the door. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, they have a Wi-Fi connection, each room has its own bathroom. A kitchen is also included with everything you need, including a washing machine. A small pool awaits you in summer and a garden.

We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
