In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish place. Arrive and feel comfortable. Discover the surroundings. Walk endlessly in the nearby forest. Fishing on the lake. Maybe work on something in peace that should always be finished. Enjoy the weather. Look at the starry sky at night. You can do all that here. Or sometimes nothing... The Tinyhouse Rosa stands together with its four sister houses on a lovingly designed garden property which may be used by all guests. This house has a sofa bed that can be used by a third person/child if needed.
