The Studio

A converted Artist's Studio For Two People with private parking. A hidden gem in Dinan. It has been converted with imagination and flair by two brilliant artisans and me. We've had great fun. Situated down the road from the Chateau and across the road from Dinan's lovely Park. It has it's back to the road. When I rented my house before Covid. I was classed as Superhost by Airbnb. I try to ensure my guests are as comfortable as possible. All essentials provided. 5 nights minimum.

Charmante petite maison, idéalement située entre Rennes et St Malo. Ideal pour 2 mais peut accommoder 4 avec canape lit. Cadre pittoresque, en pleine campagne avec jardin et terrasse privee. Maison independante faisant partie d'une ancienne ferme. Nous habitons la masion a cote. Parfait pour ceux en quête d'une expérience authentique et relaxante. Veuillez noter la presence d' un chien et un chat sur la propriete ( Rio et Charly ). Accueil en personne uniquement.

Nous sommes situé au calme en campagne à 2km du bourg d'Evran. A 20 mn de la magnifique ville médiévale de Dinan et au milieu des nombreux sites touristiques. Très lumineux, confortable et fonctionnel. Le logement est prévu pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Il est interdit de recharger son véhicule électrique. Le logement n'est pas équipé de prise renforcée. Pas de wifi mais 4/5 G Possibilité de l'option ménage. 70€ à régler en espèce dès votre arrivée.

Situé à 3 km de l'axe Rennes / Saint Malo / Dinan. (Rennes 15km, Cap malo 3 km). L'appartement de 35 m2 non fumeur tout confort a été refait à neuf dans une propriété privée. L'entrée indépendante se trouve sur le pignon de la longère. Une place de parking vous attend. Chambre avec lit de 160. C'est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons lors d'un déplacement pour votre travail, week-end, vacances . Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorisés.
