We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.

NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.

Okemos: 6 min. Lake Lansing Park: 4 min. Starbucks: 7 min. Costco: 2 min. This is an older house (built in 1800), so it is more "basic" than a modern "upscale" property. This charming upstairs apartment has a kitchen, one bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room to provide access for 4 to sleep. The renovated property has air conditioning unit to put a chill in the air if needed. There is a full bath, with access to shared laundry room two doors down. The unit has a tv with Youtube TV and access to other streaming channels if you use your own log-ins. We also have internet access so you can work or play. There is parking in the rear.

Enjoy a stay where our father first spotted our mother as she was roller-skating by in the late 1940’s. Their marriage of 63+ years resulted in 5 children; this is lucky house!
