Hello, we are Vlada and Vladimir and look forward to welcoming you! Our stylishly furnished 1-room flat with balcony and unobstructed view is quietly located in Feucht. You can walk to the town centre in 10 minutes; EDEKA and the train station (F.-Ost) can also be reached in 3 minutes. The S-Bahn takes you to Nuremberg in 17 minutes - perfect for a visit to the city. Feucht also offers great restaurants, hiking and cycling tours, e.g. to the Schwarzachklamm gorge. Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Studio nahe der Messe Nürnberg. Die 115qm große Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und verbindet Komfort und Privatsphäre – ideal für Geschäftsreisende, Messebesucher oder Wochenendtrips. Die Messe Nürnberg ist zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es sind nur 6 Stationen ins Stadtzentrum. Die Unterkunft bietet Ruhe und gleichzeitig Platz zum Entspannen nach einem langen Arbeitstag oder Städtetrip.

Unser Apartment bei Langwasserbad ist für zwei Gäste geeignet. Es gibt ein großes, bequemes Boxspring-Doppelbett, einen Lesesessel und einen kleinen Schreibtisch. Es verfügt über ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Eine Kochmöglichkeit gibt es leider nicht, aber einen Kühlschrank im Flur. Messe ca. 15 Min; Innenstadt 25 Min. mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Supermärkte: Aldi ca. 300 Meter Edeka ca. 700 Meter Franken-Center: Shopping & Restaurants ca. 1 km. Zu Fuß ca. 15 Min. Bus ca. 5 Min.

Schöne Einliegerwohnung in ruhiger und trotzdem zentraler Lage. Komplett neu renoviert. Die Wohnung liegt im Nürnberger Süden, das Zentrum und insbesondere die Messe (zu Fuss ca. 25 Min.) sind mit allen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Durch die ideale Aufteilung ist die Unterkunft perfekt für alle, die einen zentral gelegenen Wohlfühlplatz suchen. Das Bad ist klein aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Frenchpress und Toaster sind vorhanden.
