This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
