I offer a very nice and quiet accommodation in a central location, with high-quality furnishings and a large terrace. (See pictures) Excellent transport links (public transport). Also to the Messegelände Ost-Stadtbahn line 6 and Messe Nord lines 8 and 18. Cinema, gym, restaurant, park and main train station are within walking distance. You can quickly and comfortably visit Hamburg, Wolfsburg and Bremen with Regiobahn. From there, the S-Bahn [suburban train] goes 25 minutes directly to the Laatzen/Hanover trade fair or in 17 minutes to the city of Hanover.

The 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV included. Fire TV and much more ensure a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it's a bit cramped and more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A travel cot for a baby or child, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs for children, can be provided for a small fee (€10 per stay).

Located in Hanover's Ahlem district, which is particularly impressive due to its proximity to nature and Hanover city center. Bus 700 (about 50 m to the bus stop) takes you to the city or the main train station in 20 minutes (Limmerstraße approx. 10 minutes). The Ahlem train station is also a few minutes' walk away.
